When you back a campaign, there is an estimated shipping month found towards the bottom of the campaign page. This is our best guess at the start of a campaign. Many factors can impact the production timeline, so we may need to adjust our plans along the way. You can access this by going to your
orders page and click on the campaign name. That gives you a rough idea of when we will ship out your order.

orders page. Underneath your pending orders, we'll update the production status and estimated ship dates for those orders. We try to update these about every two weeks, as we get information from our production team. This is the one source for the most updated information on your order.
Lastly, we'll send you an email as soon as we ship your order that will include your tracking number. If you lose that email, you'll be able to find that information on your orders page.
