Keep the rugged, starchy base 13 ounce base we love in a classic raw denim. Use indigo dye for the warp to get the fades we desire and love. Retain the crisp white weft for the classic denim styling. Now, change it up completely with a bold herringbone weave. This style does it all. The herringbone construction is really the star. The pattern is truly historic, with use in fabric dating back to the Roman Empire. The iconic zig-zag pattern gains prominence via the contrasting warp and weft colors letting you enjoy the full beauty of the weave. There is just so much visual character on display and it will just get better with your wear. Finally, making this style even more rare is the selvedge composition with classic red ID. This is a beautiful take on selvedge denim.

"These are fantastic looking selvedge jeans. They go good with a medium gray blazer I have, and look just as good with a polo or t-shirt. This is my first pair from Gustin, and I am glad I found them.
I got a pair in 38 slim, which may have been a bit optimistic on my part. They are somewhat tight in the leg, but good in the waist. I am determined to give them a chance to stretch a bit in the legs so I will continue to wear them unwashed for now. I will try a size 40 in slim next time, because I don't want bagging in the lower legs."

"Amazing quality and amazing fit. Back isn't too low or too high.
I typically wear a 34 but prefer a looser belt-line, got the 35 Slim expecting them to shrink on first wash. For now, great with a belt and not too baggy.
The material is heavy but not too stiff.
The pattern is hypnotic and stylish.
I wish I could select a length, or that there was a third length for the mid waist sizes... double folded hems are a bit much. Now seeking tailor."

It turns out Straight leg is a bit wider than I imagined and I might have been happier with slim, but I’m still going to enjoy them, they will just have a bit if a different look.
