The inspiration for this style is the traditional Sashiko sewing technique. Used as a functional sewing technique for repairs and for decorative effects Sashiko respected for its handmade style, prominent stitching and patterning effects. This style uses a Dobby weave to recreated the prominent stitch and geometric lines and then dials up the texture to absolutely beautiful levels.
