We decided to design something to pair with our great denim. The logical next step was the perfect belt. Our first belt was raw - built to break in as you wear it, and a little rough around the edges.
This version of the Classic Roller has a new design and hardware. It's made entirely in the Bay Area from Wicket & Craig English Bridle leather dyed to a rich saddle brown color. Instead of hand tacks, this version receives double rivets in black. We continue the dark hardware theme by using a solid brass roller buckle in a black finish.
We pay special attention to the finish as we do on all our products. The strap is edged, burnished with beeswax, and finished with a traditional English point.
If you look around, belts of this quality and design are typically $100 to $150. If we had to sell at retail and guess which style you wanted, we would be stuck doing the same. Fortunately we’re not, and that means you get a top quality product for a radical price.
