Waxed Canvas Apron - Dark Oak

If you follow us at all, you know this fabric well. We used it to launch our Trucker Jackets. It's one of those rare fabrics like raw denim that is truly alive and evolves. It starts beautifully and ages gracefully. This style uses waxed cotton duck from the United States. It has a plain weave and is a solid 13.5oz to give it a good body but does not feel too stifling when you're using it. The base color is a rich, deep brown. The waxed coating is what transforms the material: the fabric ages uniquely to you, just like finely tanned leather. Each crease, each bend, and each event in your life changes the texture and color. It scars and marks as the wax gets rubbed and displaced, becoming slightly lighter in those areas. It’s truly a thing of beauty. Use it well and enjoy it for years.
