#129 Cone WhiteXGrey 5 Pocket

We've recently hit on some very cool styles from Cone Mills. They're different than the standard dark indigo selvedge denim. They use warp and weft colors to create completely new looks while retaining a fundamentally rugged personality. The start is a solid 9 ounce base weight that gets nicely starched. It feels tough and raw. Warp and weft are the true stars. The warp is white, the weft grey. The combination is really what makes this style. The bright white gets a toned down by a subtle grey shadow that seems to float beneath it. It takes on an almost grey-cream color on the surface. Just plain different than anything we've seen and we can't wait to put some serious wear into this one to see how it evolves. Get started on yours.
