The moment we laid eyes on this wild selvedge denim, we knew we had to do it. Here it is in all its glory, the Burnt Orange Stretch.
Some selvedge denim is like a high mountain top. You're compelled to try it simply because it's there. You just can't wait to see the result. For us, we get most excited to sew up samples that we know will be unlike anything else we've run. We were not disappointed with this style from Japan. It starts with great raw denim base - a lighter 11 ounce weight and crisp white weft. A touch of stretch to makes the comfort superb. A prominent orange selvedge ID is a nice addition. Things really get exciting with the warp, a vivid burnt orange. Think of it as one of most vibrant earth tones you'll find and now the most fun pair of selvedge you'll own.
