A rare heather selvedge from Japan dyed to a most unusual grey-casted olive color. This is the Heather Green Grey Selvedge.
Having used literally hundreds of selvedge denim styles, we're always excited when something fresh arrives in the mail. In this case, it was a new style from Japan. It combines classic raw denim roots with a completely new color. The base is old-school raw denim. A 12 ounce weight makes it wearable on day one. Starch reminds you of the rugged nature of the style. A big white ID is a nice touch. Color is what makes the denim stand apart. A heather effect showcases a completely unique color that fuses a strongl grey cast on an an olive base. Nice slubby grain helps bring out the white weft contrast. It's just a great, fresh take on authentic selvedge denim.
