All the defining whipcord weave characteristics are there - from the wide and steep twill line the flatter wale that almost resembles an angled corduroy. This style typically received rugged and dense yarn and this styles 13 ounce weight makes it a burly pant but the quality keeps it pliable, almost like a soft leather.
