#172 Titanium Slub Workshirt

"If you’re looking for an overly engineered shirt that will last, looks great, and fits well check this out. Details such as triple threading and quality fabric make this shirt stand out. The blue-grey hue is quite unique and bridges the line between work and business casual. At 5’10”/ 180lbs I found a size medium fit well. It has a tailored appearance similar to a western cut. I’d normally get a size large in Japanese cuts. The fabric has a nice weight that’s feels great in hand and has a middle weight. The only frivolous detail this shirt has is its’ collar tab that seems to serve little to no purpose; I suspect if your top button is too snug this would give more freedom if you require it to be buttoned fully. It sure took a long time to produce."

And I just received my sky blue one too I’m really not a fan of the extra collar tab… It sticks straight out - unless you button all the way up…so I may have to have it altered … I have received 3 of 4 pieces And look forward to my sky blue jeans next… Living in LA I look forward to cooler weather to start wearing my 2 cool outfits! "Interesting experience. Well, before I speak on the shirt, I have to say a little bit about the shopping process at Gustin. This was my 1st time buying from Gustin. Also my 1st time ever going thru a Funding process, and then waiting on the actual production of the limited batch of shirts to be made in this particular style. So the time amount, I had to wait from the day I purchased, to the day I received the shirt was a week or 2, over 4 months. It felt even longer than that, only because again this was my initial experience and I had been growing eager and anxious to receive my order. So yes the wait time was definitely unusual for me, but that was all mentioned and understood when I placed the order. Anyway!!! Now let's get to the shirt itself. Aaaah one word. AWESOME!!!!! WOW!! This my friend, is a classic workshirt of High Quality, made with the purpose of: "built to last" down to every last stitch! It is thicker and made with more substance than I anticipated. More like a warm Shirt/Jacket than just a shirt. For me it will definitely be worn in the winter or fall seasons. The denim material and care put into this shirt seem to be of top grade, and well produced. The XL size fits my frame well, I could easily layer underneath this shirt if I wanted to. For someone with long arms, the arm length seems to be just slightly long, but still the overall fit is good!! That said I could probably fit into their size Large, if I wanted a more tapered-minimalist fit. This is the type of shirt, that feels well machined, you would probably want to wear it repeatedly, to kind of break it in. So again, I love the shirt, it was a very good buy at the price range. The only thing that will take some getting used to is the funding process and wait time for production. (But like I mentioned before, that was all understood upon purchasing, so be patient) Would I buy from Gustin again? Yes, without a doubt!! But if I found this same shirt at different retailer, that ships this same ready made product within a few days for up to or around 50 more dollars, I would do so, if I could avoid the wait time and get the same shirt shipped out immediately. LOL But I guess thats neither here nor there. OVERALL, the shopping experience will take some getting used to, (but it also feels like a very customized intimate experience almost as if you areva partner to the company, more than a customer), the pricepoint is great, and the workshirt itself is a very much appreciated item, well worth the wait!! AwESOME!"
