#900 Plaid Herringbone - Navy

We see a lot of plaids and a lot of herringbones. The combination of both in a single style is more rare and bringing together so much in one fabric can be difficult. Japan got it just right with these styles. A varied and complex plaid pattern starts them off. Thick and thin lines with varied spacing create an organic and natural look. The herringbone weave really ratchets up the visual texture. You see that classic v-pattern perfectly brought to life by the retro color palette. This version gets deep navy with soft natural. Brown highlights add earthiness. The solid weight and soft hand perfect the package. This is one of those styles that sneaks up on you and quickly takes the top spot in your shirting rotation. This shirt is sewn up in our new Rugged style. It's designed to be the perfect style for our heavier, more rustic fabrics we run. It's a bit more casual, without being over the top. This style is really set off by two key design cues: a perfectly sized collar without buttons and two clean button closure, rounded chest pockets. These two elements lend the style it’s more casual look while their clean implementation keeps the shirt versatile. A simpler back yoke replaces the box pleat and locker loop of our Classic style. Intricate stitching tacks down the collar stand. The Rugged style inherits the same core fit block from the updated Classic style. The moment we sewed up some flannels and heavy jacquards in this style we knew it was right.
