"Took one return to get the right size , but once I got the right size they are perfect - the 14.5 oz is a great weight for any climate- the weave of the denim is tight so it doesn’t blow out - the straight cut is slightly roomy but not boxy, allows for range of motion great 50’s look rolled up and the rise is mid to high which really works for me - I’m usually a 31/ 32 but 33 - best fitting jeans I’ve ever had"

"Fabric is amazing. Fit is ok. As always tricky to get wide enough for athletic legs without getting too wide a waist. Not sure I managed but initial fit is ok. About 5” too long tho as a result."

"These are a lovely pair of jeans! I love the look, feel and texture of this pair of selvedge denim. I'm not sure how well they will hold up, or what the fading process will look like in a year, but I'm very happy with my purchase. After following the size guide and having my wife measure my waist I was pretty confident that a 34 skinny would be the right size. They ended up being a bit too tight in the top block and calves. In the past I would have settled for this knowing that the jeans would eventually loosen up. However my approach to selvedge denim has changed after months of reading reddit posts and watching youtube videos. After a few returns I finally settled on a 35 skinny which is about 2-3 sizes above what I would wear with other non selvedge brands (Levis, Boulder Denim, etc).
