One word comes to mind when trying to describe this 14 oz Hermann Oak Leather - character. The rich brown leather is antiqued with beautiful stress lines that will be unique to each owner. The density, quality and character of the leather makes this belt feel like an heirloom passed down from generation to generation. This will be the most substantial belt you'll ever own.
We pay special attention to the finish, as we do on all our products. This belt is handmade right here in the Bay Area. The strap is edged, burnished with beeswax, and finished with a traditional English point. We use a hefty roller buckle with a nickel finish. It’s secured with two Chicago screws.
If you look around, belts of this quality and design are typically $100 to $150. If we had to sell at retail and guess which style you wanted, we would be stuck doing the same. Fortunately we’re not, and that means you get a top quality product for a radical price.
