Waxed canvas has been a staple for outdoor clothing due to it's natural weatherproofing. We're using a 13.5oz US-made waxed duck canvas, which is heavy enough to give the hat structure, but light enough to feel comfortable wearing all day. We're finishing the hat with an adjustable leather strap, an antiqued brass buckle and matching brass eyelets.

The front of the crown is left unbranded allow you to either add your own embellishments or just keep it simple and clean.
