Get a glimpse into a construction style originated by Wrangler in the 60's and now almost impossible to find. Add in our best value yet for a style like this and it's tough to pass on. This is the Japan IndigoXBlack Broken Twill.
Broken twill weave was used by Wrangler in the 60's in an attempt to combat the leg twist you get in left or right hand twills. The broken twill means you don't see a well defined twill line on either front or back surfaces which give this fabric a different character. The base on this version from Japan is a solid 13 ounces with lots of starch. Rugged and ready to set-in some great creases. A deep indigo warp is contrasted with a jet black warp creating an incredibly inky and dark surface. It can look rugged or refined depending on what you pair with it. This is an exciting find for us that combines great construction history with outstanding style and quality. The value is our gift to you. Enjoy.
