Get a glimpse into a construction style originated by Wrangler in the 60's and now almost impossible to find. This is the Japan BlackXBlack Broken Twill.
Broken twill weave was used by Wrangler in the 60's in an attempt to combat the leg twist you get in left or right hand twills. The broken twill means you don't see a well defined twill line on either front or back surfaces which give this fabric a different character. The base on this version from Japan is a solid 12.5 ounces - rugged and ready to set-in some great creases. A jet black warp and weft creates an impossibly dark finish. It can look rugged or refined depending on what you pair with it. Seeing the stellar wear-in is icing on the cake. Your work will be rewarded. This is an exciting find for us that combines great construction history with outstanding style and quality.

"About a year ago, a coworker introduced me to Gustin (he rocks some of your pants to the office on the regular) and I have been watching the releases ever since. About three months ago, I finally backed a campaign. Since then, I have been so happy with all the pieces I have received."

"I really love Gustin. I just don't think I'd choose another brand at any price point. And I love watching for new products/return of old favs. But a very important part of the experience is the great customer service."
