One of the things we love most about true vintage selvedge, the real loomstate styles, is the unsinged surface thats full of fuzz and cotton thread hair. It's a nod to the early days of selvedge when fabric was left 100% untouched and lends a true old world appeal to the denim. This style is kind of like the best of both worlds - raw denim dialed up in style but with the sizing control you find in most sanforized selvedge styles. On top of the incredible fuzzy surface you get a beautifully grey-casted indigo warp and crisp white weft. The 13 ounce weight is ideal and the starch will help you get some great creases going. The red selvedge ID the perfect way to finish it off. This is big value on a rarely found style.
