This is an example of selvedge denim that manages to dial every detail up to create a beautiful whole. It starts with the fundamental ingredients -- yarns. These styles combine cotton and linen, extremely rare in selvedge denim, to create a durable and highly breathable fabric. The 11.5 ounce weight perfectly complements the inherent wearability and you can feel the subtle, flowing texture that the linen adds. The yarns are nicely slubby, creating an organically irregular texture on the fabric surface. Each pair is unique and will age beautifully to your life. Finally, the color takes you in totally new direction, this one a true, woody pure brown. Selvedge art from the masters in Japan, transformed right in the USA.
