We're always hunting for styles that redefine the way we think of selvedge fabric. We recently got a visit from one of our partner mills in Japan and they presented us with this gem. We were sold right away. It's a completely fresh look for and fun denim alternative. The base is a rugged 10 ounce canvas. The plain weave and density are what we love about this timeless style. Finding canvas in a selvedge composition is rare and this one highlights that unique finish with a bold blue selvedge ID. The base color is a saturated jet black. Finally, a thin vertical stripe is added and the fabric is transformed into something new. The ruggedness of the canvas is made slightly more formal by the perfectly color paired pinstripes. Get ready for selvedge done a truly new way.
