Similar to the fabric we use in our hugely popular heavyweight t-shirts, this Canadian version is even heavier. You feel the substance this jersey has the second you touch it. The hand feel is also very different. It starts off with a touch of coarseness. You have to earn your comfort like raw denim, but over time it develops into that wonderful blend of weight and suppleness. We can't think of a better pairing for this type of jersey than indigo dye. The base version is pure, inky dark indigo. With time, it will evolve and age like your best pair of raw denim. The color will soften around the hems first as it takes on a wear pattern unique to you. This fabric is built on our Polo base where we start by honoring the rich history of the style by dialing in all the classic details while bringing them up to today's standards. A perfectly sized collar, mother of pearl buttons and a classic tennis tail are all built around a nicely tailored fit that is clean but not too slim.
