A super rare organic cotton and jute fiber blend come together to create a denim that wonderfully showcases the beauty of color and texture. Note: We recommend sizing up one in this fabric due to the tight nature of this jute/cotton blend.
Gustin jeans made from sanforized raw selvedge denim from one of the finest mills in Japan. Some denim you pick up and instantly know you've got very special fabric in your hands. To reach that status with us, everything has to be special from texture to color. The Japan Organic Jute is one of these special selvedge denims. It starts with color - a slightly pale indigo blue and white weft set a vintage base. The surface has tremendous character. You see a hairiness and neppiness that lends a beautiful and subtle irregularity to this denim. It has an old-world look and feel. Flipping the fabric over reveals amazing slubbiness in the yarn that lends the fabric an almost coarse texture and that will ensure amazing wear-in. All of this complexity is made that much better by the fact that it comes from a rare blend of organic cotton and Jute fiber yarns. This is first style we've ever run with this composition. An unusual green selvedge ID lets you know you have a special pair of denim on. All this beauty for $99 is real value.
