When you start with Italy's naturally soft selvedge denim and add a touch of stretch, you get a saturated black denim with supreme comfort. The value here is just as nice.
Gustin jeans made from sanforized raw selvedge denim from one of the finest mills in Italy. Double black denim is tough, but this version shows it can also be the most comfortable pair of denim you own. To do that, starting with a low starch and 12.5 ounce weight is the answer. It's a perfect year-round denim. In our experience, Italian selvedge tends to have a very soft feel even in 100% cotton form, and this version is no exception. Add in some stretch and you take comfort to the extreme. It gives just that extra little bit that makes the difference between a painful break-in and comfort right out of the box. Best of all it looks just as tough as a 100% cotton version. At $79, this is a serious value.
