Our fourth installment of silk denim keeps it vintage - saturated dark indigo warp, wearable weight and that subtle silk shine. This is an extremely limited run, so if you want to add to your rare denim collection act fast.
Gustin jeans made from sanforized raw selvedge denim from one of the finest mills in Italy. Our silk selvedge denims have been some of the fast selling styles in the history of our brand. It's just an extremely rare piece of fabric. Most mills don't do it, so when we get our hands on a style from a top mill that offers something different we snag it. This version starts with a classic dark indigo shade. It's a crisp and pure blue. This is where the silk comes in. The weft has an almost silvery shade to it and you pick up a bit of shine as the weft shows through. It's just enough so you know you're wearing something special. At 11 ounces it's ready to wear on day one and the silk makes for an even more supple feel. A thick red selvedge ID finishes it off.
