A fine weave, bright indigo color and super light weight make this a superb warm weather denim from Japan.
Gustin jeans made from sanforized raw selvedge denim from one of the finest mills in Japan. If you were into the Cone Superlight but prefer your denim from Japan, this is the ideal fabric for you. It shares the same fine 2x1 weave, which gives the denim a finer feel. It's really ideal for warm weather when you don't want a starchy thick fabric. A bright indigo warp is enhanced by a crisp white weft. This fabric is bright and lively. You can also see vertical and cross hatch grain throughout the surface, giving this lightweight much more interest. A classic red ID finishes it off. We know Japan does heavy denim well and this is proof they can do finer light weight denim just as nicely.
This is the same style and quality that was sold in boutiques all over the country for $205+.
